Planes of Fame Air Museum
Planes of Fame air museum located at the Chino Airport in Southern California has one of the best collections of WWII aircraft around and should be on your must visit list when you're in Southern California. For a treat, on some weekends, you can climb inside their B-17 and their B-50 fuselage (B-29). They also put on a great Air Show each year in May. See their website at http://www.planesoffame.org.
